I love my Tour! Haven't had any complaints besides how long it took for me to get it :-) It is a great upgrade from my 8830!

- 256MB memory! no more worrying about rebooting if memory is low, or being picky with apps ever again.
- Form factor. I used a Bold for awhile and got sick of the jumbo size.

Well i myself have posted a complaint about the Tour(battery door) but that aside, i absolutely LOVE my Tour!!!!! This thing is ridiculously awesome. My favorite part(s) would have to be the overall speed of the phone and like u said Sal, the camera! Oh and the keyboard!!!!!

Tether speed increase over the Curve..Woot!! I use tethering ALL of the time but manage to stay below 5gb..

I really like the feel of the keyboard and the camera pics are a drastic improvement over Curve too

Coming from the Storm, I was a bit worried about the screen. However the sharpness and awesome rez of the Tour's screen made me forget it was half the Storm's size.

Oh man. Having f*ing buttons again. Its so great to type at optimal speeds. I can finally reply to emails.

I was ok with the touch screen, but its BLAZING fast with the key layout.

i paid the $130 early termination fee with verizon cause i couldn't upgrade just to get the tour a little cheaper and i have no regrets at all about spending that extra cash

i really like this phone...the extra memory...the voice recorder works (my curve did not)..it came loaded with FREE texas hold em.

the only thing that bugs me are the light leaks around the button and keyboard.
