I am definitely not paying a dime until my bill is 300, for the price of the tour, this month and last month of service. I will not pay a penny more, I told that guy he has alot of work to do. He is calling me Sunday lol
Which one worked the best for you? The telesales or the store Tours?
Telesales as they can't adjust phone prices, but they can can talk to a rep and transfer you to her/him to credit your account so its kind of like getting some$$$ off the phone.
Wait, that's how much the upgrade cost? Thank GOD I'm with Verizon and thank GOD I paid out the pocket. That's crazy! Sprint has always had issues with payments and that's why they stay on my NO NO list.
The same thing happen to me, I have called the Account managers as well and they have promise it will be fixed in 3 days.. I am on the 12th day and no luck yet...
