I was in a corporate store yesterday and the salesperson said they normally charge a $35 restocking fee during the 30 day trial period, but that I wouldn't have to pay that because of the VIP status on my account. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just relaying what I was told at a VZW Corporate store.

The guy said that his manager charges everybody a restocking fee

not if its like for like...only if they want to go to a different model

like i said, it's up to the manager...ours will not waive it at all
