    My VZN hangs on my new Tour. I press the button with the icon selected, and nothing happens. Any ideas/help greatly appreciated.

    Check permissions are all set to allow

    Options>advanced options>applications>menu>highlght VZNav>menu>edit permissions. Set all of them to allow.

    If this does not work remove the application and reinstall it.
