When I press the left button, a white screen comes up with "scanning contacts please wait" and then it takes almost 3 full minutes for the percentage complete bar to go from 0% to 100%. Once it finishes, it goes back to the home screen and when I press the same button again, an error message comes up saying "!Unknown error."
This feature was working when I first got the phone 2 days ago, but stopped working after I installed desktop tools and ran some updates. Any suggestions as to what might be going on or how to fix it?
