Hi All ! I am new to the site. My first BB is the Tour. Please, I need a little help. I just got this device yesterday and can play Youtube videos just fine, but can't play or download some from my work site. They seem to Adobe Flash Player 10 videos. Is there an app ? Conversion ? What is the best procedure to do the download ? Any help greatly appreciated. I would like to stay as close to factory software as possible.

Currently BBs cannot play Flash animations or videos. But it appears that sometime soon (about a year maybe) we should be getting a fix from RIM.

There is no 3rd party app either.

If you can download to your PC/Mac you can use handbrake to convert it to a file type that the Tour can play
