Not sure what happen but I can't play any video in the default media program that I saved to the media card, including the videos I record myself.

There's a red box at the top right corner that say "error playing" and a middle menu popup that say "the video being played is of an unsupported format". This doesn't make any sense since they were playing fine earlier today. Any ideas how to fix this?

With the phone ON, pull out the battery for 30 seconds or so, then replace it and after a reboot see if it works.

My old storm had that problem. I updated to a new OS and it played beautifully.

On some what related note, I've watched some clip in mp4 format and wow, its crystal clear like that included video demo.

Anyone know of a website that stream MP4 that is compatible with our BB? I can't stand the pixilatted/bluriness of Youtube.
