    First off I want to say hi to everyone. This is my second BB. First was a ATT curve.

    So when I'm watching videos (downloaded or streaming) if I get a text or email (or call but obviously it would be interrupted) the video will stop playing for a second for the downloaded video and on the streaming it will also stop but then have to reload like the data connection was severed.

    What's the deal!? My curve never did this and its annoying when I'm on you tube and my video keeps getting interrupted and sometimes it won't connect again.

    Is this just how verizon's service works or is it the phone and can I change an option?

    mods do not like when a topic is bumped in less than 24 hours, yours was barely even 30 minutes.
    yes it is annoying though.

    Known issue. I've not seen a workaround yet, though. Perhaps a fix is coming from RIM.

    Its the only issue I have with the phone. Maybe we should contact RIM
