    Total rookie question(s) here:

The Niagara (I prefer that name) is 3G, yet on this video is doesn't seem to load the webpage much faster than would my old 8830 (although I totally agree that it looks much better) -- I'm guessing it's because the bottleneck is at the device (as opposed to the data download speed), is this correct? If that's the case, then could this be (at least partly) due the fact that Salomondrin is running a pre-release OS? I'm just a little surprised how long the page took to load, and I'm trying to figure out -- with my very limited technical knowledge -- why this is, and whether it's always going to be that way with the lovely Niagara. Thanks very much in advance.
The 8830WE is 3G. I think the main difference is the 8830 is EVDO rev.0 and the 9630 is EVDO rev.A. Since his 9630 is showing 1XEV on the screen, we know it has at least EVDO access.

The Page-View mode of the browser does look a lot better. I brought up my 8830 (running 4.5.0.138) to the same page and could see the differences. Speed was about the same (on 1XEV here are well). Hopefully they may do a little more to speed up things for the final release.
