is there a way to get my tour to only vibrate once everything i get a message? if not, is there a way to turn down the intensity of the vibrate?

Profiles>Advanced Profiles, select the (Active) profile, you will need to edit each category to give you one vibe for in or out of holster.

You could also create a custom profile to do this, and switch to that to save time editing all the profiles.

yes, you do it in your profiles. And if you want everythng to just vibrate you just select the vibration profile already created on there.
