Verizon+Tour+Tethering

Will the Tour on Verizon allow you to tether or like most things Verizon, is it an extra charge? I know Sprint tries to charge their customers for it but as far as I know from people I know using their service they have no way to monitor it so they can tether all day long if they want and not have to pay the additional fee with the Curve.

$15 a month to tether on VZW.
