Do a search there are more ptt threads than when will big red release 5.0. If you have it installed, you need to call Verizon and have it added to your account. Search around, there's something about a promo till the end of your contract, then its 5 bucks a month..
Follow the instructions starting on this site Push to Talk and you should be alright. Don't mind the language, "purchase", once you speak to Verizon they should let you know that its free.
