I assumed that you could preorder the Tour on Saturday night if you really wanted.

Well, I called Verizon and talked to two different people and both said preorders will be in on the 13th.
I'd imagine you'd have to preorder before then to have it on the 13th.

All preorders will be shipped out on the 13th. You could even order it in the store on the 12th if they happen to sell out.

Release is on 12th (Sunday) No shipping on Sundays, so they have to ship 13th(Monday) to arrive to customers on 14th (Tuesday)
