I downloaded (via rapidshare) and directly install the vz 4.7.1.53 on my tour. no problems. I'll try to break it. if i do i'll report back. if not, assume that the changes were the same as those posted for vz phones

I just did it on my other tour, and it went perfectly.

Extra memory on boot up.

Boot up quicker

even restored my BBM v5 contacts.

The phone does run more responsively. IMO.

I have the file downloaded is there anything special we Sprint users have to do to make this work IE remove files or just go about the update as if we were on Verizon?
