i was taking pics with my blackberry 9630 and suddenly it said "Reload"...then it died..when i try to turn it back on it gives me a red light...then the red light disappears...

i dunno whats going on please help

i tried to back up the stuff on the phone but it didnt work it kept disconnecting

Sounds like you're nuked and need to reinstall. If you don't have a backup you're probably SOL on that. You can try to start in safe mode but I've never been able to get my tour to do that.

Ive seemed to have the same issue. Very Frustrating to say the least. Any solutions as to this? Has anyone else besides us have this problem? and also, will the nuke thing work? Thanks for the help. Hope to get my BB restored soon and back to working order.
