    Anyone have any idea how to do this and pick up a Tour under the $200 price?

    Does Verizon have a program?

    Does RIM have a program?

    I'm eligible for an upgrade and plan to go from my Storm to the Tour...my upgrade will cost me (after rebates) $49.99...I qualify for a $100 credit in addition to the $70 mail-in rebate.

    As dannis has said, the upgrade is the way to go, if you don't have an upgrade available, then your answer would be no.
