I've seen the storm-tour thread and have seen many people mention that they are upgrading from the curve 8330 in random threads, but i have not seen a thread dedicated to this specifically yet. SO... who all is upgrading to the tour from the 8330? If there was a thread dedicated to this, please forgive me and post a link to it

I wont call it upgrading as I am adding the tour to my crackberry family by running both a tour and a curve..

I'm hoping to upgrade the end of July. I'm hoping that will give time for the early bugs to be figured out like the hot iphone 3gs. Looking forward to more power for the aps I keep trying on the curve.

I have big stupid fingers and its getting annoying typing on the Curve's keyboard......lol I liked the Pearl for the simple fact that it had bigger keys. Hopefully it will feel better typing on the Tour's keyboard.

I am upgrading from the curve 8330 to the tour. I'm getting impatient though. Can't wait to have that keyboard on VZW.

I see this comment every now and then, but what do you mean by "noisy"? I can't even think of what it sounds like when I type on my Curve, so it definitely hasn't been a factor for me. I don't even think it makes a noise at all, or nothing that I notice.

I am adding the Tour to my lineup as well. I have the 8330 and just sold my Storm. I am glad that the wait is almost over.

Yeah, every time you press a letter on the Curve's keyboard, it makes a plastic sounding click. It isn't bad, but it is more like a clacky keyboard from the 90's, than the keyboard on a notebook computer (which is more like what the Tour will likely sound like since it is like the Bold).

Oh, man- that's brutal. You may want to wait a bit, and then buy a used one on ebay or something, and unload the one you've got on ebay. Give yourself a birthday present. That phone will be around 4 years old by the time you're eligible for an upgrade. That's a LONG time when it comes to smartphones.
