I can't get BB DM to recognize my Tour. Any ideas? I'm using DM 5.0.

go to the os/hybrid thread. you will find out how there. if you have difficulty pm me and i can help you, but please try to search it out first.

Pull your battery, start DM, connect device, insert battery, wait to boot and locate.

I am recalling that from memory, but think it's right......

With your bb plugged into your computer go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

Then double click loader.exe

That should do the trick. DM gave me trouble and so I started using loader.exe. Seems to be much faster for loading os too.
