Last night I decided to upgrade my Tour to the new 5.0. Everything seems to be working fine, except for MMS. Before I upgraded to the new 5.0, I used to received MMS without any problems. My previous OS was the default 4.7 that was shipped.
Here is what I am running.
Carrier: Sprint
Phone: Blackberry Tour 9630
OS: 5.0.0.484
Error Message: Class: Personal, Could not retrieve message content. Try again later.
When I try to hit the menu button to select 'Retrieve Now' and it does nothing. It doesn't bring down any MMS content.
sprint's pic mail aka MMS has been out for a couple of days due to "upgrades to their network and website" according to Sprint's customer service but should be up tonight or tomorrow at the latest
Do you have a link to where I can check the status on the pic mail?
