I've been attempting to update my PRL for a few days now, and it always tells me that my PRL can't be updated. Any advice on how to get it updated?
Dial *2 and ask the CSR to have your account flagged for a PRL update. CSR will do that, then will prompt you to call *2 again and instead of the usual prompt will tell you that your roaming list is being updated + your phone will be automatically reset... Dial #4357* to check your PRL version.
Speaking of PRL updates, I recently switched back to OS 5 and irtehun's V11 hybrid (Vlingo and several of my other important are working with OS5) and my PRL version shows 0. I suppose this is normal with OS 5, since I called Sprint and was informed that my PRL was updated in their system.
