Hello everyone,

This may be a stupid question but the tour is my first blackberry. I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how the OS update will work. Is your phone automatically updated or do you have download the update and if so from where?

Your phone will not automatically update. You can use the desktop manager (DM) to update the OS when available or over the air (OTA) in your advanced option part of your Tour.

OTA worked for me from .75 to .148.

yeah i used ota on the storm to update to .148
