    Question Update OTA Blackberry Curve 9360

    Hi , I was updating my bb curve 9360 OTA and it stopped at 14% ( social feeds) since 7 hours I tried to remove the battery but it re-start updating .
    Can anyone help me please !! Urgent

    Bummer. Is this an OS update or a app update? You are better off installing any OS updates via your laptop using BB Swiss Army Knife or BB Desktop Manager.
