Unregister from Verizon

Hi there!

A friend of mine moved back to Germany. She took her Tour with her. Now we can´t register at o2 Germany because it´s still registered at Verizon. It´s unlocked, she can start calls, write SMS but can´t use BIS.

Can someone help to unregister? PLZ add me in BBM for further details: 2566B95F

Your friend needs to call Verizon Customer Support and remove the device from the account and from the BIS.

^^ Perfect answer. By simply giving the PIN of the device they are using to Verizon they can reset the BIS and the device will be able to be used again on another BIS.

I know what to do, but she is here in germany. We send Verizon an email, but I don´t know, if they will unregister because of an email.

And calling Verizon from abroad?!

The Verizon Global Support number is 908-559-4899 (which should be free from a Verizon Wireless device) or (from the US) 1-800-711-8300.

No one here can do it for you or her. The account holder must call.
