All,

Did some reading of some earlier threads, but I still could not find an answer. I recently upgraded my blackberry to .591 (I have Verizon/Enterprise Server) and after I did my first battery pull, my phone shows up with 6 unread sms's on the homescreen. I've gone to every folder, and "marked prior as read" and still doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Make sure you don't have a hidden message icon. Go to your icons and hit the Blackberry button and hit "Show all".

Also, check in your saved messages folder. This happened to me once.

I check everything and didnt go off so i plug into my computer to do a back up it went away after the backup

What happens when you go into "messages" and press the "u" key?
