Unhappy Unlocked Verizon BB Tour, can't activate BIS on Digicel (Guyana)
I need some help getting BIS to work on my unlocked verizon BB Tour 9630, i can call, text, and so on, but cannot activate BIS on digicel network

The phone is legit??? Not on someone elses Verizon/CDMA account or was recently registered with BIS?
