unexplained error message

MY Tour 9630 .. is showing an error message that cannot be closed without a battery pull.

It says
"uncaught exception
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException

It only occurs when I ask the browser to open.
After a battery pull, it is gone and everything operates normally.

I did not download a new app, I did not change anything on the 9630.
I cannot think of or find any reason for it ..


Any ideas?
