Uncaught Exception java.lang.error

I see several discussions about this but I am not real smart when it comes to things like this. I have a Blackberry Tour. Love it. But my I had a terrible crime committed against me this last April, and suspect my husband may have played a part in it. I noticed a lot of phone calls from his cell(on my phone bill) to the person who masterminded this crime. But anyways, I was actually told about Cell_Control by a lawyer who had several clients use it. So I found another Tour user that said it worked on their tour. So....I am wondering if there is a solution to this....Please be patient...I am not real "smart phone smart" but I have retried this close to 15 times in different ways. I get the files unzipped, then download the one they tell you to in their manual, the one that is supposed to boot the application, and I get the error message Uncaught Exception java.lang.error......over and over. I e-mailed them 3 times, because this cost me $90, and everytime I look at the phone calls he's making IT DRIVES ME CRAZY! I can't trust him unless I know what he's saying to these people. Sooo...if at all possible, I would like to be able to fix the issue instead of get a refund and do without, unless someone knows another program.
Once again, it is the cell_control spyware software that is causing this message. I have downloaded the 5 tar and jar files, they all show up in a file on my phone, but they download, then say application installed, but when I click run, it gives me the message. Any help(in moron terms for me...((baby steps)) would be great). Thank you.
