    With the blackberry desktop software already installed, how can I transfer my contacts from my old Touch Pro. I just got the tour yesterday and I'm havin a rough time so a step-by-step would be appreciated.

    you can go to the sprint store and have them xfer it for you. or if your contacts are already in yahoo or outlook, DM can sync it up for you
