I would run the browser for awhile and for no reason, the pointer would freeze. I would then back out to the home screen and I still cannot move around and select things. I would then end up having to reset it. I later found I can put it on standby mode and then back to normal with the trackball responding again. It happens a few times a day. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Yes. it only happens in the browser. That is why I get confused. I have been browsing fir the past 20 min and it hasn't done it. It just likes to randomly lock up on me.
