I've noticed recently that my Tour's trackball has very little "click" feedback. In fact, it takes a bit of effort to depress the trackball and sometimes it's difficult to feel the physical feedback of clicking the trackball. Is this normal? Would Verizon replace my unit (I'm past the 30-day return policy, unfortunately)?

Call customer service, your device has a 1 year manufacture warranty.

I completly agree with the above poster, I had this same issue along with left-right scrolling issues. I was also past the 30days, called customer service and recieved my new phone the next day.

Thanks for the advice. So I take it this clicking issue isn't normal?

Also, is it really necessary to call customer service from a landline? I'm currently at college and I don't have access to one. However, I can call from another cell phone.

    Thanks again.
