Some people gripe that the Tour OS is dated (and I know we're due for 5.0 soon but...). What exactly is the complaint? The phone multitasks well, it's very customizable (e.g., themes), etc. Is this something the devs can explain? For example, we hear all this hype about Android. What would make Android a "better" OS? Also, will Android be as secure as a BB?
