I attempted to install the leaked .191 software last night and half way through the process, my phone stopped booting. Now all it does is turn off and on but it wont actually boot. When I go through the process of trying reinstall the OS the process stops at device initialization. Thanks in advance for the help.

The same problem happens. I start the install and when it gets to the "Updating Your Device" screen, it successfully gets through "Load JVM ans system software" but when it goes to the next step, "Wait for device intialization" a screen comes up that says "Unable to complete the loading operation."

This is an issue many Tour users are experiencing, including myself. You won't be able to install .191 on your device. You will be able to load any OS except for .191.

alright, i will try to install the official OS and hopefully that will work, its **** not having my phone right now

Its a learning experience. When u get the official up and running you NEED to add the 5.3 hybrid over the stock OS. It resolves almost all the inherent problems and WON'T screw up your bb. Bbhybrids to dl.

I went back to the official OS and things are back to normal. Thank you again for all that helped and I will look into the hybrid build when I have some extra time.
