Hello all, I am new to Blackberrys. My first is the Tour, the question I have is yesterday the upward movement got sticky left/right and down worked fine. After reading about the issues with the Tour trackball I got everything together to take it back today (only had it 6 days). Well all of a sudden it started working again. Is it possible for a piece of lint or something got in it and then worked it self out? Thanks in advance.
I had experianced this issue after 2 weeks with it. It is a problem with the tour bb's. They had to give me a new phone. It is a defect with them. Do wait to long cause it will happen again. Have them give you a new bb.After 30 days they will send you a referb bb.
