I have a Tour and today when I turned my phone for no apparant reason I could not turn off my alarm clock. It was stuck on the alarm scene and my trackball wasnt working. It seems like none of my keys are working either. The only way to stop the alarm going off is to pull the battery, but when I reboot it, it does the exact same thing.
About a week ago my blackberry took the plunge when I dropped it in a full sink, but I used the famous rice trick and everything has seem fine. Either way, I guess that negates my insurance so I'm really pretty desperate.
dropping in water negates your warranty, not your insurance. The whole point of the insurance is to protect you against things like dropping it in water.
