Tour Reset Issue?

[Mistaken]

This has happened the past few days, when I'm BBMing (not sure if that's an issue or just a coincidence) but my phone will literally shut off (steady red light) and then reset itself. After it finishes the reset, all my battery will be gone and I'm forced to charge it. What is going on? Is this thing on the way out?

Aside from that, my battery life is AWFUL it seems. I've read a lot of threads and between the BBM updates and such, I suppose that makes sense but it's really, really unreliable.

I had the same problem with my Tour, the battery was the issue. I bought a new battery for my Tour on Amazon.com for less than $5.00 and my problem was solved.

I've had the same issue and I brought a new battery from amazon as well. My tour still randomly reboots and that's why I cant wait till the torch 9860 comes out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never had a problem with resets until I loaded the latest BBM. BBM has rebooted my BB twice while trying to sync with other apps like score mobile.

I've had the same issue of restarting and draining my battery too lately (a few weeks). Just got a new battery today and hopefully fixes the problem.
