My tour reboots it self frequently and really gets me sick. Please what can i do to stop dis

I've seen this with both my mother-in-laws Tour and my wife's Curve. In both cases a new battery solved their problem. You can find them relatively cheap at Amazon.com.

Which Os build are you using?
Some builds are notorious for this.

I've had rebooting issues on my BB also and found that it could be battery, 3rd party app, native app or a corrupt database. Here's what I did to troubleshoot my problem: Boots & Reboots

I've had the same problems. I tried a battery pull and the problem has since gone away.

The tours are also know for the battery being loose and placing a business card or something in the door to hold it tight helps.
