I just switched from an AT&T Curve to Sprint Tour... I can't stand how the default homescreen on the Tour has only six icons available and you have to push the menu button to get to the full homescreen. Does anyone know how to make the full homescreen the default menu and eliminate the six icon homescreen?
The number of icons on your Home Screen is controlled by the theme you're using. There are a ton of free and premium themes in CB's Themes forum, some of which have more than the default 6 icons on the Home Screen.
Can't totally solve your issue....but I got lost in the menus one day so try this BB > options > advanced options > accessibility > and play with the settings. I love the negative scheme but wish it didn't change the main wallpaper

What you're looking for is called an Icon theme. The Tour's standard bottom dock is part of a Zen theme.
Go to the Tour Themes Forum (link above from CafeRacer) and search Precision Icon.
If you can't find anything, post a new thread there making the request.
