Hello all,

My friend has a Tour and she recently updated AppWorld and now it locks up about 75% into the boot. She's tried waiting over an hour to see if it will boot, but it doesn't. Multiple battery pulls have not helped. I know I can wipe and re-install the OS, but I was hoping to not have to do that.

Any suggestions? Anyone else experience a similar issue?

She had to do that once and now this one is acting up.

So after stating that multiple battery pulls (hard resets..) haven't helped you'd like me to try a soft reset...

That's what she got. We went to the VZW store and I went nuts on the punk behind the counter. Manager came out with a brand spankin' new Tour with a free 16GB MicroSD card for the inconvenience.
