I need help. I just received my Tour after having a Pearl for 2 years�I loved my pearl. I really like this phone but I�m having a few issues I can�t figure out � and I�m sure it�s because I don�t know this phone yet.

1) Why does my keyboard light keep going off? It goes off in the middle of typing, sometimes it won�t come on � and other times it will stay on for minutes at a time. I reset my backlight screen timeout and that didn�t help. What do I need to do or set?

2) I can send but cannot receive emails. I have 2 yahoo emails and a vzw.blackberry.net email set up on my phone. I have spent 95 minutes on the phone with verizon and they cannot find the problem. Any ideas?

I would get a replacement phone on your first issue alone.
