Should I go spend an eternity at the Verizon Wireless store? Does this sound like a defective Tour? Is this par for the course. I'm about to stomp this thing. - 10-08-2009, 07:33 PM #2
The only problem that would be covered under your warranty is the trackball. All of the other problems could be incompatibilities outside the control of Verizon and might be resolved by future operating system or application releases. If you are within your first 30 days of Tour ownership and feel like these are too many issues, return the phone for a full refund.

Umm, i have a tour and all thoes work on my device ...... so what OS are u running ? if its a leaked OS 5.0 that could be the problem due to compatability with some apps
Lost count of how many phones I have had.
