    Hello first off thanks for viewing my post.

    Now to the post,,, I am an inspiring inde artist, so I am constantly using memo pad and voice recorder. Check me out:

    But I am wondering can I record voice notes while reading from my memoPad?

    yes you can. while in notepad, hit the menu key and use the switch application and go to recorder.
