Tour frozen

yesterday I noticed Facebook for Blackberry on my Tour wasn't refreshing.
same problem this morning.
then when I was beginning the part of my day when I typically get text alerts & e-mails I found the screen frozen.
I've removed the battery multiple times to reset but it still freezes.
I moved to my pc where I backup every 2 weeks.
Tour and pc can't/won't communicate. so I can't do a restore.
Tour is bridged to my Playbook as well...
Any suggestions?

What OS are you using on your PC? I use XP Pro and almost always get the issue of the DM/BBSAK not noticing my BB. I simply restarting my PC with my BB plugged through USB and it always works.

As for the Facebook not refreshing, there was a recent update to FB that allegedly resolves this issue.
