Got a replacement tour, got everything set up. Can get email, but the new emails are going to the bottom of the inbox. soft reset. did *228 option one to reprogram phone. went through all the options from the options menu located in the message inbox, couldn't find anything. register now. delted and resent service books. i have litteraly done everything but a wipe handheld... before i do that does anybody have any suggestions on how i can fix this? i'm sure its just a setting somewhere but i can't find it at all

So all of your new incoming messages go to the bottom of the email folder, instead of the top?

yes they're coming to the bottom not the top... yes i did do a battery pull i do tech support for the blackberries for a living so i know what i'm doing for the most part, but i'm totally lost here

Check and make sure your date is correct in the date/time options menu.
