I can't tell if the front bezel has a small piece of glass or plastic to protect the LCD or not. The guy makes it look easy, but I bet it's not. Also, he puts a TMO sim card holder to good use!

LOL it's funny how people are different. When I had my 8900 everybody was clamoring to take theirs apart to add a black bezel or whatever. One guy even got a screw stuck and got it out by LIGHTLY TAPPING WITH A HAMMER.

Looks pretty easy to swap out the LCD screens should one get damaged, I wonder if I could order a bunch of LCD screens from Rim. hmmmmmm ebay..
