Is there anyone out there having trackball problems (left-right), brave enough to try and disassemble their tour and post pictures of the trackball assembly? Perhaps this would shed some light on the source of the problem. (ie. bad rollers, dirty rollers??, not assembled correctly, etc...) I doubt Verizon would ever do such a thing for the public.
I would HIGHLY recommend exchanging your Tour out rather than pulling it apart. Why do that when you can easily do a swap and get a good one? Now, later on down the road I can see, but not now.

I am not experiencing this problem. I was merely asking if anyone would post pictures of one that IS having the problem to show everyone what the source may be. I understand it is rather trivial to take it and get it swapped out. That wasn't what I was asking.
