Default Tour Connection to USB in Car?

    Hey Guys,
I searched the forums and couldnt find an answer on this. I have a Tour which I just upgraded from a RAZR. I know I have a lot of learning to do. I downloaded Pandora, which is terrific, and I am wondering if it is possible to play Pandora and or music saved on the phone through the speakers in my car. I do not have a headphone jack on the radio in the car but I do have a USB port. Can I connect using a USB to 1/8 headphone cord? is there such a cord? I went to Radioshack and they didnt have one.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!!

Nope. There's no audio output via the USB port. You will need to use the headphone jack and add some sort of audio input to your car audio.

The USB connection in the car is there for an iPod connection, does that make any difference?

I read his post as meaning he wants to connect his BlackBerry headphone jack to the radio's USB port. That seems like it should be possible, if the radio accepts audio thru that port.

That is correct JeffH, if I got a 1/8 headphone plugged into the phone with a USB plug on the other end which would plug into the iPod USB connection would it work? Is there even such a cord? Pandora is just so good, gotta have it in the car!
    Thanks guys

Of course!! There are cords for pretty much anything these days...here is an example:

3.5MM 1/8" MALE AUXILIARY JACK USB AUDIO VIDEO iPOD MP3:eBay Motors (item 270481929202 end time Dec-07-09 19:17:52 PST)

3.5mm into the tour, USB end into your car input...as long as the usb input accepts audio in, you're good. iwhat kind of car do you have btw? I have audio in, but not a usb port...that's kinda cookl. Do some google searching, check amazon, ebay, electronics sites, etc...you'll find what you need eventually.

Should be able to find someone that makes a cord... just make sure your radio doesn't feed 5v back into the BB headset jack...might fry the berry.
