    Default Tour is on but screen is blank?

    My device screen is completely black. I can tell the phone is on and
    working because i can hear when i dial numbers and it makes calls.
    I tried to follow forums and see if other ppls techniques work but no luck.
    Any suggestions?

    Have you tried a battery pull? Does the screen light up and display the progress bar when it is rebooting? Has the device been dropped or exposed to excessive moisture?

    This happened to me once and I left the battery out for about an hour and it was fixed. have you tried that?
