I am new to the bb family and just got a storm. Had it for two weeks..hated it. Exchanged it for the tour. A friend of mine said the phone should be reset daily. I got meterberry and have it scheduled to do a soft pull at 5 a.m. daily. Is this really good for the phone? Should I do it weekly instead of daily?

I love the tour so much better than the storm.

Eaxcatly, do it daily and it will keep up your memory and help keep things running smoothly. I use Quickpull and have it set to do a 5AM pull every morning. My Tour runs great.

It's an awesome phone, enjoy it!!
