    Is it possible to make it so the Callback Number does not appear above the message box in the threaded SMS? I've looked around for an option to turn this off, but haven't been able to find anything. Thanks

    Only way to get rid of it is to have that person turn it off on their phone. Which getting all of your contacts to do will be a huge pain.
