    I can't find out how you lock the number pad on the Tour so I can type out long numbers?? I must be going insane lol

    That's the left shift key... the right shift key is the caps lock.

    And when you are in the Phone app, you can just press the number keys directly, you don't have to hold the alt key or do the numbers lock.

    Same applies for the * and # keys.
